Job description

This position will be executed in our Office in Poland and is specifically focused on calling and qualifying daily incoming leads from IT resellers and end-users, forwarding the leads to our channel partners (IT distributors and resellers), and conducting regular follow-ups with partners to ensure the leads are addressed. The inside sales specialist will manage the relationship with various channel partners, qualify the sales opportunities to shorten sales cycles and, working with our pre-sales technical specialists, ensure that the necessary product support is provided to convert the leads into sales.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contact, by phone or e-mail, prospects who evaluated our software and request additional information
  • Lead qualification, pass on the leads to managed channel partners and follow-up on past leads to ensure each prospect/client is contacted
  • Inbound and Outbound Call Management
  • Follow up SMB-opportunities and manage in SFDC
  • Provide quotes on specific opportunities and work with partners to complete the sales
  • Organise product demos with prospects and be the link to technical support for any issues occurring during clients’ evaluation of software products
  • Escalate issues as needed to support
  • Manage all aspects of daily relationships with resellers and distributors
  • Taking care of clients in cooperation with Acronis Certified Partners
  • Presales Support for end customers and partners during evaluation and consulting regarding an Acronis solution

Your profile:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience selling IT products or software direct or through channel partners
  • Experience at IT resellers/distributors, or software vendors is ideal
  • Understanding and experience in the SMB Market, used to handle high volume of opportunities
  • Good knowledge of the Eastern European software markets
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, is critical
  • “Go getter” attitude
  • Able to communicate effectively on the phone is paramount
  • Target driven: this position is attached to individual and group sales targets
  • Mature and very independent worker focused on deliverables
  • Self-starting, self-motivating and self-learning work approach
  • Aptitude for quick learning of technical and procedural topics
  • Excellent English skills
  • Any further language skill related to the Eastern European region is a plus
